Cristiano Ronaldo: "My future is with Real Madrid"

At an event held in Monaco, Cristiano Ronaldo finally dispelled any doubts about his future: "My future is with Real Madrid. My objectives for next season are to win La Liga, the Champions League and qualify for the World Cup with Portugal."

"It is not the best day to talk about my future, but about this event and the holidays. As far as my future is concerned, you will know soon enough. Now I'm having a rest after a hard 10-month season. I'm spending time with my family and friends, and my son, going to the beach, looking after myself, playing a bit of tennis."

The Portuguese International was at the event as an ambassador for Jacob & Co and when asked if he was likely to sign for Monaco, he commented: "I will come here for my holidays. I wish them all the best. It's a great club, with a fantastic owner".
